There are limited times that I try to cook in this crazy world of Jack!

Less than a month after Jack arrived, I decided to try to cook something other than meals others had prepared for us. We had some ham and swiss cheese that loved ones had brought by. That along with chicken, salt, pepper and bread crumbs provided everything for a simple Chicken Cordon Bleu. While that was cooking, I also made a simple chili that we like (for later).  I use the McCormick's hot chili mix with chili/stewed tomatoes and black beans.  It is pretty dang good and super easy!

Jack was peaceful for a bit!
